I've been told there's quite a few of me built in the subdivision I'm from, but none quite like me! I was born in 1960 and I'm just a few minutes away from Rt90, walking distance to all the elementary and high schools, and moments away from every major shopping, dining, and entertainment venue right here in the core of Hoffman Estates and Schaumburg! I was built as a 3 bedroom 1 Bath home and was given so many gifts over the years! They gave me a new water heater in 17', new furnace in 15', upgraded all my appliances to stainless steel, updated my kitchen, as well as installed a wi-fi thermostat, new garage door, and interior doors. I've also got a big fenced in backyard! It's unfortunate that my current family must move on, but I'm ready for new experiences and incredible memories.
